Cancellation:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at anytime. Your cancellation will take effect immediately and there will not be any refund. To cancel your subscription please log into the members' area and click on the cancel link. A pop up will ask you if you are sure, press OK and your subscription will not auto renew.
Refund Policy:
When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Should a refund be issued by www.shortsellstockpicks.com, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. www.shortsellstockpicks.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. All sales are final.

Termination:

www.shortsellstockpicks.com International Inc. reserves the right to expel Users and prevent further access to the www.shortsellstockpicks.com site or cancel membership in www.shortsellstockpicks.com without refund, for violating this Agreement or the law, and to remove Users that are illegal, abusive or disruptive. Additionally, we will not sell, distribute or use email addresses from our subscribers.
