Cancellation:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at anytime. Your cancellation will take effect immediately and there will not be any refund. To cancel your subscription please log into the members' area and click on the cancel link. A pop up will ask you if you are sure, press OK and your subscription will not auto renew.
Refund Policy:
When the member requests the termination, subscription fees are NOT refunded. Should a refund be issued by www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. All sales are final.

Termination:

www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com International Inc. reserves the right to expel Users and prevent further access to the www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com site or cancel membership in www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com without refund, for violating this Agreement or the law, and to remove Users that are illegal, abusive or disruptive. This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use.

Additionally, we will not sell, distribute or use email addresses from our subscribers.

Terms and Conditions:

Reproduction, duplication, or redistribution of this material in any form without prior written consent from www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com International Inc. is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for the use of your password. Membership with www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com will continue until it is either discontinued by www.Daytrading-StockPicks.com International Inc., or an e-mail stating a request for cancellation is received. Unused time for the month in which you requested cancellation will not be refunded. You agree that excessive simultaneous account logins from different IP addresses will result in the termination of service. You agree not to give your account information to anyone. You can login to the members' area and cancel your service at anytime. We do not like disputes, please let us know if you have any problem with our service and we will resolve it
